  Phil and his crew repaired our roof from some pretty bad seam splits 7 days before the sale on our house. We had hired another guy two weeks prior who used corrosive material on the flat roof membrane causing horrific leaks in the house. Phil was thorough in explaining the issues and what needed to be done. He worked within budget to address the main issues causing the leaks and worked fast within our urgent timeframe, repairing the same day! They did such a great job that we even had a major hail storm two hours after they finished and the place was dry as a bone. I hope we never have a roof repair to do in the future but if we did, Loyola would be the company we hire. They literally saved our home sale and thousands of dollars for us

  Phil came out and seemed very knowledgable. I felt secure and good about hiring them. However, i followed up 3x for a quote and never received one. I texted my email to Phil to ensure no errors were made. I called the main office and emailed and found out they have the wrong email. I provided my email a third time. Now its been 4 days and still no quote. Id rather they just turn the business/job down instead of ghosting me. Very disappointed and now my search continues for flat roof/balcany repair.

  I called and they came Too me that’s pretty good lol the other roofing companies I scheduled with didn’t even come.When they arrived they gave me a estimate. I liked what they were saying and signed up for the next week. They were on time again and did the work and were very professional. I would definitely recommend Loyola roofing thx guys!
