Prices are good and a wide selection of product is available but the customer service is not there. Not greeted as I walked in, not asked if I needed assistance through the aisles, nor at checkout. As a customer, I like to feel acknowledged from the moment I walk into the door and there’s other hardware stores I can go into to get that.

Lowe's definitely the upscale home depot. Staff is very helpful and go out of their way to help you find exactly what your looking for .you don't get that with home depot. You get it's on 24 or 19 Keep up the great service

I love shopping at lowes! But the customer service is not there. They don’t greet when you arrive and if you have a question it sounds like you are bothering them. Today I went to purchase paint and I had a question at customer service and the two girls just kept at talking and looked at me like If I was interrupting their conversation. Maybe I will try Home Depot next time.
