  This is a large location with a big selection of home improvement, repair, and decor with a fairly large garden center. The problem is that there are no associates to assist you in the store and the lines are always very long. It’s a great place to find what you need, but don’t expect help and be prepared to wait in line.

  Larry was very helpful when I needed a new garbage disposal. My old one got jammed and was leaking. The new one was a simple twist on. Took an hour being my first time and making sure to read the instructions first but it wasnt hard to replace.

  I dislike this Lowes location very much. I’ve placed 3 separate orders for same day pick up and have had to cancel all 3 orders and go inside and shop them on my own because by store closing time the items still hadn’t been shopped. They claim they are busy but when I went in none of the associates were doing anything and the store was pretty much empty. I will now go to the Chesapeake location or to Home Depot which always has my same day order pick ups ready within a couple hours.
