Lis in appliances worked hard to make sure our oven was the one we paid for. Initially when we took it home it was the wrong outdated product. Lis worked tirelessly with GE to fix the problem and try to make it right. She is an amazing all-star employee and definitely one to go to if you are looking to get something in appliances. Not only does she know her stuff, but she will get the job done! She knows customer service and is cool under pressure as well. Lowes has a great selection of products to choose from in all seasons. Their Christmas selection has a wide variety of products as well as their summer gardening selection. They have choices of self checkout and employee checkouts so you have options if you like. Their prices are reasonable and as said above they have a good selection of all areas of home improvement.

The prices here change faster than a gas station. Wall spray texture was one price one day, then marked $2 more the next day on a paper sign taped over the original price. Also bought a fire pit and the very next next day found it half price ($40 reduction) and they won't do price adjustments anymore. Their management is also not aware of their policies as one manager tells you to come back with a receipt to get an adjustment and then the next day another manager refuses and tells you it's not company policy and even prints the sheet out to "prove it to you".

Customer service was absolutely horrific. Bought an item for one price, the next day it dropped by $40. Talked to a manager and they said bring the receipt in and we'll get the difference back. Returned the next day with the receipt and a different manager absolutely refused to do anything despite what we were promised, smirking the entire time like she got some sick enjoyment out of wasting our time and money.
