  This lowes in Longview is absolutely the worst. My order said ready so I headed to the store. My order was not ready. They then attempted to give me multiple messed up drywall sheets. After another 40 minutes of waiting on new ones to come out he hits my truck with the forklift. As if all this isn’t bad enough the siding is the wrong color. And as I’m trying to correct them the man is steadily telling me off. Not only am I a female, this man is in his 60s. You can guess where I’m at now

  Typically I love Lowe's. In fact, it's one of my favorite places to go if I need to use up some spare time between appointments or whatever. But, the online ordering process leaves something to be desired. I had to place the same order 3 different times. The first one I submitted could not be found through the website after mere seconds of finalizing it (yet I'm still receiving notifications about picking it up 3 days later), the second one had to be canceled because they require the total price of the order be placed on a hold two times, resulting in an amount that exceeded the funds in account i used to make the purchase. The third time would've been perfect if the "authorization" charge would've dropped off at the same time that the actual purchase charge was finalized. Like the customer service rep in store AND the customer support rep I spoke to over the phone the following day. I know, sometimes it's the financial institution that holds the "authorization in progress" for longer than needed.

  Ordered a washer and dryer to be delivered 1/23 and we waited all day. It was never delivered. We went to the store to check what happened and they said our order was delayed because someone sold the dryer that was supposed to be delivered to us. Very frustrating. And they didn’t even call us to let us know and we had to be the ones to go to them and ask. Very disappointed. Now we have to wait two more days to get it delivered which is inconvenient because we both work during the week and will have to find someone to be there to wait around for it.
