I visit this store A LOT. The store is clean and the selection is great. I would give it rice stars, but....you better know what you're looking for and where to find it. A small percentage of employees are helpful, but good luck finding them. Most can't be bothered to help. I stood near an employee who was restocking items in the gardening area. As I struggled to match a replacement part for my yard equipment (reading labels and comparing new parts to the old one I brought with me), he just continued doing his job and walked away when he was done without saying a word...even after making eye contact. Rant over...

I was looking for a dishwasher and checking out some of the floor models when Cindy offered to help. I had a specific brand and model in mind, and she checked to see if they had it. They didn't, but she got someone else (Ben) to help me and he found it in the Los Angeles distribution center. I had previously been to Home Depot looking for this same brand and model, and had to beg someone to help me. Thus, just doing the job they were hired to do was seemingly too much for them. Kudos to Ben and Cindy for their efforts.

I love that there's another Lowes in Visalia because the another one can get packed & line's can be long & the drive to the other side of town can be long, however the older one is still the best to shop at because this one really needs some employee & customer service improvements! They need to check all of their returns awhole lot better than they actually do because selling a product that is way over $400 that they couldn't give a reason for it's return (no reason listed but realized the first person broke it & returned it), they also need to make sure they have enough item's that go with a product because when purchasing something for over $17 without it's other piece is ridiculous (they should of gave a discount or took it off the shelf or left a note for their customers to know before purchasing & they also need to stop being so lazy & walk out front to open the Propane tank's for their customers. After purchasing a Propane tank, I had to wait 45 minutes to get help, then another person started to wait so when a employee walked by I asked him for help & he literally said just go inside & tell them, when I told him how long I've been waiting he said well go back in & tell them again & show them your receipt. Then he moaned & groaned when the other person said something to him as well & then that's when he finally went in & sent someone out. Isn't it part of their job to actually help their customers?
