  The nursery needs some improvement with their care of their plants. Also would be great if they had a better selection of indoor plants. I did like their half price on their annuals that I filled up my shopping cart.

  Beautiful, clean store. I went in the morning so it was kind of quiet. But, I was very impressed. I take the bus and got right off Venice and San Vicente. The shopping center was right there. Lots of parking for those with cars. Nice shopping center.

  I went to this location to replace a broken closet roller, I took the broken item with me to ensure I could get the correct size and item but that did not happen. I asked for assistance from a salesperson and gave them the item for reference and although it looked a bit off they said it should still fit, it didn’t. I went back requested a refund for the item and that went okay, I also asked about the item and was told to ask someone in hardware so I did again explaining what had happened, I was told to go on the website to see if it was available online, so I asked you want me to go check ? You are the one who works here and should know the item information. I UNDERSTAND THAT SOME SALESPERSON’S HAVE GOTTEN LAZY DUE TO COVID-19 BUT THIS IS JUST RIDICULOUS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
