Prices are not Low(e) in any way. Service was like pulling teeth, with patience we were able to get our questions answered but took time.

In the process of remodeling a cabin and Joe was absolutely wonderful! He is respectful yet friendly and by far the most helpful person I’ve ever met. Went above and beyond to help us. Even called a few stores to check their inventory and reserved our tiles. We are truly grateful to Joe. Meeting him filled our hearts with hope - there are still good people out there, people of excellence. Joe, thank you for being who you are.

We went into the store looking to buy something we had seen online. But when we couldn't find it we asked Lindsay who was an enployee to help. She was absolutely knowledgeable about everything we asked her and so friendly. We didn't have to look for help, she came up to us!! She helped us saved money in the long run after we couldn't find the exactly what we wanted. She actually walked and got the parts for us because we are disabled. She is an asset to the company and was super nice to us as well. Suzzette at the checkout was so nice also. She asked if we found everything and was very pleasant.
