Had a major purchase of landscaping materials that needed to be delivered. Tonya, in that department was awesome in assisting and ensuring I received the items for this project as needed. She needs a raise! Corey,  the delivery driver was exceptional. Loaded those pallets with expertise and care, and smiled all the way through it. Very nice young man. He needs a raise also!

I love great customer service.  I was shopping for a part for my toilet. One of the clerks observed me quizzically seeing what might work . She took me through how the toilet parts work and what the difference in products was. She was super helpful and left me feeling empowered to get the job done!

I went here for a refrigerator filter. I received prompt assistance and even had a great laugh with the associate. The store was clean and things were easy to find. Will definitely be going back here.

Worst customer experience of my life.    Nobody ever answers the phones in their dept.    When contact is made I’ve been transferred at least a dozen of times and on hold.  The Delivery companies blames Lowes and Lowes blames delivery company.     Finally, I got through to a manager named Jeff and he said “I can’t help you I’ll have to put you in contact with our Delivery company.    Absolutely no accountability and I’m 3 days past when my item was supposed to be delivered without any updates or calls from management.    If you can deal with any location other than Beaufort I would strongly advise.   It’s completely haphazard with absolutely zero attention to serving the customer.   Lowes should get out of the delivery business or overhaul their current process.   It’s terrible.

It's your typical Lowe's and exactly what you would expect from a hardware/department/lumber yard building store.

Their staff seems to remain somewhat consistant with a sense of customer appreciation and awareness. The employees mostly seem very knowledgeable in their own departments and always professional enough to do their store maintenance while eager to help locate products for you and often are able to walk you through technical applications specifically with my interactionsiins the plumbing and electrical aisles.

The floors are always clean and the shelves always seem to be stocked and organized appropriately to the seasonal needs of our community.

Overall it is a well managed and pleasant to walk through while casually or urgent need shopp8ng with an smoothe check out.
But that could just be me and my excellent luck and sense of timing... :-)
