  BEWARE!! If there were a "ZERO" stars option, I would have used it. After a couple of months of correspondence, the business owner, Steve Pittman, collected a down payment from our office of $7500 on April 9, 2021 for an extension to our office with a promise of ordering materials for the job. He has continued to string us along since then, hasn't shown up, nor produced any materials or started the job. Now he is ignoring contact attempts and refusing to return phone calls, will not return our down payment as requested and has not returned the initial set of blue prints of our current building that were provided, as requested. WE ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES!!!

  Steve built us the nicest pole barn/car port with a little lean-to/porch off the back. He listened to my wants, looked at my drawing, and made it work. He matched the pitch of our house and lined things up just like I asked. He wasn’t happy with the lean-to the first time he built it, so he remade the beams. I was concerned about this lean-to not lining up with my back door area as I imagined, so he took the time to meet with me again and figured out how to make it work. He built my lean-to twice. I think it took him a lot more time and materials, but he wouldn’t let me pay him extra. My pole barn is perfect. He is such a nice contractor who builds such pretty pole barns. He did not get frustrated with me or try to change the contract or raise the price as our dishonest, crazy painter did a few weeks ago. It was such a blessing to work with an honest and pleasant contractor who wanted to make this customer happy.

  Called for an estimate Mr Pittman was there the same day, had a new roof on my barn within a month. Very professional, great staff, and great job.
