  This is what they did to my daughters furnace flue "repairing" a roof leak, they covered it a week ago with a tarp that can catch fire and still haven't come out so she has been without heat for a week not to mention if she operated the furnace this would be both a fire hazard and a carbon monoxide poisoning hazard. We have phones them over 10 times and Joel, the lady who answers the phone always says "its the production side that has to take care of it" then never calls back with an update even though we keep calling back since they still haven't said they are coming out. The night temps are in the freezing numbers now too and will be for the next week. Nick Rescoe sent an email stating "we are aware of the situation and she has been added to our priority list".. so if a safety hazard AND a leak aren't a priority deserving IMMEDIATE attention will your roof be?

  Total peace of mind --- start to finish. Nick at Louisville Roof didn't just give me a "quote." He gave me options/advice so there was really no comparison. I got the price, warranty and quality I was looking for. My home's curb appeal is dramatically enhanced, and I'm saving money on my energy bills. The workers were fast, professional and they cleaned up better than I ever could. When they were done, seeing that new roof was an awesome feeling. Five stars and well deserved!

  It was painless. I met with Nick and he went over roofing options and we had a new roof on when I came home from work the next week. The crew cleaned up well. My roof looks great! Thank you.
