  Replaced our roof about 5 years ago and it leaks and leaks from a new roof. Have called and have been told that we needed to get someone else to look at it.

  I had them to replace the ridge vent about a month ago. Afterwards we had a heavy rain and it started leaking. They told me they would be out to look at it the next day after 3 PM. I changed plans so i could be here when they arrived. However they never showed up and would not respond.
