  I don't know whether this company is incompetent, shady, or both. After being in the queue for 3 months waiting to get my roof done, I was told, with less than a week to go before the work was to begin, that because I didn't have enough insulation listed in the contract, (which they wrote!), that they couldn't do the work, because it would violate 3 ordinances! This is a company that touts itself as having been in the business for 60 years and they just now realized this? Unbelievable! What I suspect happened is that they knew that the contract was incompetently written and/or they realized that they weren't going to make a profit and wanted a way out. Rather than being upfront and professional about it, let alone get an apology, this is what I was told. Potential customers of modest means beware, what these guys do is get you on board with a low-ball quote, like they did me, and when you don't cough up money for what they call 'additional options' they'll drop you if they think they're not making a profit.

  Stolen vehicle1– J3 systems was working on a roof in our unit for a few weeks now. They could watch our home all day everyday for weeks. The day that they finished the job our vehicle was stolen. I have lived in my home for 4 years and nothing and all of a sudden they come, watch my home and vehicles for weeks and it gets stolen.

  I find it higher coincidental that I’ve lived in my condo for over 4 years with no problems and the day after they cleared off the building they were working at for 2 weeks right behind my jeep it gets stolen. They have very shady people working and I know with all certainty that one of their workers stole my vehicle.
