We have had Logan Insulating complete two significant projects for us. The first was work done a cabin which needed new insulation and the second was completed November 23 on our new build. We have been very happy with the work that they completed and appreciate the professionalism. Dave was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this company for your insulation needs.

We paid an 800 dollar deposit and the day of our install he cashed our check and then canceled our job. He told us he would contact us within a few days to reschedule but refused to return our calls. We left multiple messages which were never returned so we told him in a voicemail that we would be contacting the Ohio Attorney Generals Office. I drove to his business to try and get our money back and he proceeded to call my wife names and said he was going to call PUCO. I just wanted my deposit back so I could hire an actual professional. I guess our next step is to file a small claims at the court. Never use this company they are the most unprofessional and worst experience I’ve ever had! Complete ripoff!

If anyone is thinking about getting anything insulated, I urge you to look at reviews and pay attention them. Not taking my own advice, we used Logan Insulating, Inc. to spray insulation in our new home. We were sent an invoice for an amount, and was asked to put half down as a down payment. We paid it. The work was complete, and another invoice was sent - with another amount on the invoice. We noticed that a separate bid was placed on both invoices, but it was my fault to not notice this was not in the original invoice given. I paid the amount total at bottom of the statement - not the total at the bottom of the statement plus another $690. Now it’s a process to collect an invoice, take it to the bank for approval, pick up said check, and get it in the mail. This entire span was one month’s time. I received a phone call on Wednesday (yesterday) stating that if they did not receive their $690 by the end of the week, they would take legal action and place a lean on my home because they had been “more than patient” with us. -More than patient when my husband called three times to talk to the insulator and could never get passed the secretary....🤔 I called to explain to them that I need another invoice from the bank for $690 so I can collect and mail it. The secretary was rude, and when using the credit card to just pay it, told me she had to have someone else send my receipt either through mail or email because she didn’t know how to do it. 🤦🏻♀️ I do not know if I will get my receipt without having to drive down to get it. After going through this and THEN (foolishly) looking at reviews the company was under a lawsuit in 2013 for instead of charging the $4,000 on a credit card that was owed, they charged the customer $8,000 and was claiming it was for labor/materials, etc. and was refusing to give it back. They were sued, and thankfully the customer got their money back. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They are rude, threatening, and have TERRIBLE customer service!!! Please feel free to share to anyone who may be building or fixing up a home.
