  Bad experience Ordered gutters for our new garage and carport. After installed, gutters not working properly, it lacks drainage. Took a closer look after few months and this is what I find: 1) no adaptor between the gutter and downspout. Gutter has and x cut and crude attachment between the downspout and gutter with 2 screws. Opening reduced to less than 2" wide, screws also reduce the opening even further. only takes one leaf to close it. Water sipping around the x cuts as well. 2) Gutter installed on top of drip edge and not straight allowing water access behind it. 3) The drip edge was excessively cut at corners in barbaric manner. 4) Supporting brackets installed over the drip edge 5) Drip edge pulled away from house and unnecessarily bent over When contacted, they try to sell me more services instead fixing the problems. Owner did not respond when contacted. I would not buy services from this company again. I also do not recommend it for anyone who needs gutter installed Posted 8 pictures but most not showing.

  Livingston Gutter did the gutter install on my new build about 1.5 years ago. Due to recent heavy rains in SE MI, noticed that there was water dripping from inside the overhang soffit vents. This appeared to be caused by the upper floor downspout overflowing where it dumps into the main floor gutter. Called about two weeks ago to get on the schedule to get the install inspected. Appt was today (8/10) and I got a call while waiting for them to arrive that they're not coming out because it's no longer under warranty. OK, that is fine but don't waste my time (2 weeks and clearing my schedule today) to tell me something that they should have told me when I first called.

  My experience was excellent, from the salesperson who gave the quote, to the office manager who scheduled the appointment, to the installers who performed the work. The salesman didn't try to hard sell me, the price was very good, the contract was handled over the phone and by text, and the installers were very professional and did a fantastic job. My gutters were installed in about 4 hours, work perfectly, and look great. As a contractor myself, I highly recommend this company.
