  Little Wing is the best! Rupert and Ryan are the nicest, most helpful guys I have met in this industry. They will go above and beyond for their clients and I feel very lucky to have found them to help with not only my roof, but siding and many other issues I have had. They are prompt, honest, always work with a smile, all at a great price!

  Little Wing replaced a roof for me last year after hail damage. I'd like to say first of all that the employee I dealt with, Vance, was extremely helpful and responsive and all around a pleasure to interact with. We initially started working with LWGC in August, and were given an estimated date of completion as the end of September. Because we have solar panels on our house, and because there was a lot of hail damage in the are and the solar panel technicians were pretty booked, we had to wait until October to get the panels off and start the work. After already waiting two months to start the work, Little Wing got into some sort of fight with the insurance company over the payments, tried to involve me numerous times as a middle man, and canceled the solar panel removal without consulting me. This ended up the work getting pushed back until December. When they did finally start work, it was done in two days and seems to be holding up, but the clean up was poor with trash littering the yard, and a few discarded coffee mugs in my bushes, and I'm STILL finding nails around my yard 6 months later. When I heard a strange noise in my attic after the work that wasn't there before, Little Wing was kind enough to send someone out to help figure out what it was. All in all, even though the roof got done, as a customer I definitely did NOT feel like my satisfaction was a priority for this company, and instead they were more than willing to delay work, inconvenience me, cause me to field multiple calls for weeks from my insurance company, and try to get me do their bargaining for them. I understand they want to get paid for their work, but the insurance company is the one who has the money, not me. You shouldn't try to use your customers as free-labor deal brokers for your own gain.

  Beware They say free estimate. Unless you use someone else. Then they will send you an Invoice for over $2400. Completely bogus oobviously but now I will have to fight these idiots. Very dishonest people. Oh by the way the reason I chose someone else is because they did my Nieghbors roof over three months ago and still haven’t finished he was very unhappy so I chose someone else.
