  Horrible - Beware!! They will take your money and never respond with a date for work. We had Lines and Lundgreen Roofing & Insulation, Inc. come out to look at our roof since there was a leak. The gentleman who does the estimates was very nice - no problem with him. However, a couple days later, we received the quote (Jan. 28th) and followed their requirements to pay 50% down payment to get on the schedule. We have heard nothing since. I've reached out several times, even reached out to the estimator to ask for his help to get a response. Nothing. I help with scheduling, prepare bids and accept payments for a construction company myself, and this would be unheard of to take money and never respond to customers. I was told I can select the color of shingles, but there is a nationwide shortage and when they run out, they don't know when they will get more in. Again, where is my date for my roof installation?? As of this date, I have no roof, no scheduled for the installation and no refund, as I requested if they could not give me a date. I will be reporting this to the BBB. I will update this review if I ever get a reply from this company.

  Hello Ms Squires. We got your email yesterday asking about when we were going to be put on the schedule, and we were looking into the delivery of the shingles. We just got a reply this morning from the suppliers saying that the shipment of materials was supposed to be sent out on the 8th, and then have promised us the 15th- on Monday. We wanted to have an answer to what was happening before we responded to your last email... We can't put you on the schedule until the material arrives, and we are working on that every day. We understand this is frustrating for you and everyone else, and we hope you will have just a little more patience as we wait on the materials that you paid for, and which were ordered.

  Company will take no responsibility for their work and will try to avoid making repairs. When pushed to make repairs will do mediocre work and not check/supervise workers making repairs. Complaints go on deaf ears even in person and all the way to the top. Tried but not satisfied! Update: Your belated and poor response is exactly why you have received my complaint. You could not correct roof leaks even with at least two attempts while under warranty. Therefore, I hired a contractor who took pictures and demonstrated the sub-standard performance of your crews and subsequently corrected the deficiencies you could not solve. No problem, not your concern ever again!

  Chris- We looked back and saw you did some business with us in 2012 and 2013, but did not have anything done in 2019 when this review was posted. We have since had a changeover in office personnel. We are committed to great customer service and in doing only but the best work possible given the circumstances. We wish you the best in all your construction needs and repairs! Take care!

  Paid half down on a roof. No one contacted me for two months from the company. I called several times the office said they ask but can't get any awnsers from the job manager . After waiting 2 months I got my money back. Beware

  Mr Gaub. In early January and February 2020, Yuma experienced record rainfall. As soon as we thought we were going to get a reprieve in doing repairs from that, Arizona was issued a Stay at Home order. It was during these times that we were in contact with you about your roof. We were very clear about the current state of events and timeframes, and nothing has changed those truths but time. We had ordered the material needed to repair your roof, and when the time came to finally get you on the schedule we learned that you had cancelled. We hope that you were able to get the repair done and wish you the best with that outcome.
