  Wow!! Really rude disrespectful people I wouldn't recommend using this company for any job! I recommend using a company with better professional management and crew.. BEWARE!!

  This is in response to Mr. Robert Buckners' review dated 1/16/2017. Let me first say Mr. Buckner has never used our services for any project before so he would not be able to speak accordingly about our firm. He was following a vehicle that was UN-loaded too closely resulting in a cracked windshield. He then followed my vehicle to the project to confront the driver. Mr. Buckner then called me personally. We had two conversations and I spoke to him in a professional manner and was very respectful. In all actuality, he was polite and respectful as well. I proceeded to tell him that my vehicle was unloaded and that it had just been pressure washed the day before and that we (as well as other trucking companies) are not liable for any rock or debris that comes from the roadway. This happens due to vehicles following too closely. There were no rude exchanges made on either party. He had a highway patrol come to our project as well. In my opinion, one should not be allowed to post a bad review against a company without merit especially if one cannot speak truly about our work since no work was performed for this person. I think that one to lash out just because the situation did not end as he wanted is inappropriate. I too have been on the receiving end of a cracked windshield behind heavy trucks a few times. I would never lash out or give a company a bad review on their services. I hope that one bad review would not affect the opinions of others.
