  After a tree fell on our home in early January we had our roof replaced by Lifetime Roofing & Exteriors. Working with Rob was a pleasure. He was thorough in his explanation of the quote and helpful as we worked with our insurance company. The quality of the products & installation - from the shingles to replacement boots around vent pipes to extra layers of moisture barrier protection in valleys - was all top notch. His crew was careful to prevent damage to our home & siding during removal of the old shingles and installation of new ones. He even provided a credit on our final payment when they did not use as many sheets of replacement decking as he estimated in the quote. When contractors do things like that it gives me confidence & trust that customer service & satisfaction are more than just sales techniques. Extremely pleased with the experience & final product we received from Lifetime Roofing. Thank you Rob!

  We used Lifetime Roof for new shingles a few years back. Rob was very attentative the time our shingles were replaced. Fast foward a few years..we contacted Rob because the shingles were not correctly installed and because of this caused extensive damage to the wood on my house which costs us alot of money. He came and inspected and basically said there was nothing he could do because during the pandemic he had been hit hard. I understand that but he also had a lifetime guarantee on the work that his company did. In a nutshell, I would not recommend Lifetime Roofing. Seems like if there are issues further down the road, Rob is not willing to stand behind what he says when he sells you the new roof. I emailed him a couple of weeks later to followup and there was also no response to my email. Very disappointed in his service and customer service.

  At the time that we installed the roof there was existing water damage. The company that they hired tried to blame our roof for the damages which they charged an exorbitant price to repair which they in turn tried to collect from us. We went and checked our roof and found that the shingles were installed correctly in the areas where repairs had been made. I told the owner that if we had been at fault I would have rather been called so that we could have made the repairs ourselves since the volume of business had been low for 2021 due to the covid-19 epidemic. But we didn't even get a first call until after the repairs of the outside trim had been made by the contractor that was slandering our company. As you can tell from all of our reviews since we were established that we do care about our workmanship and we haven't ignore any warranty work in the past. This is honestly the first bad review that we have ever had since being established in 2012. With about 1000 customers in Wake and surrounding counties, does it make sense that we would mistreat a customer if we were indeed at fault. I am sorry that this other contractor mislead you to believe that we were the cause of the problem and then over charge you for the repairs to the outside trim and install over priced gutter guards claiming that it was required. I sincerely hope that you will come to an understanding that Lifetime Roofing did our job correctly and remove this review that clearly slanders the name and integrity of not only the company, but Rob also, who has built this business with a mission to always do what he says he'll do and ensure customer satisfaction for the lifetime of the products installed.

  We had an issue where water was leaking between the roof material and the gutter. I spoke with the owner Rob about the issue and Rob had a solution to our issue. The appointment was scheduled and the worker Jose showed up on time and was very professional. All work was completed and we are thrilled to have this resolved. I would recommend Lifetime Roofing for any roofing/gutter repair.
