  I hired Jay to build a garage for me, it was a daunting experience, because I’ve never had anything built before, I didn’t know where to start! He took great time in explaining the process from the land prep to the roofing! He had siding and roofing samples for me to choose from then guided me through the process of choosing the best products, including windows, service door & overhead garage door. From start to finish Jay kept me informed of how the build was going and finished the job when he said he would with outstanding craftsmanship. Thank you Jay!

  I have been an architect for almost forty years and have worked with many contractors. A friend recommended Lifestyles Exteriors for my latest project. Without a doubt I can say working with Jay Perkins was most enjoyable. He is honest and forthcoming and delivered all he promised and on time. His workmanship was beyond all expected.   I have hired Lifestyle Exteriors on multiple occasions. The first being for my townhome Kitchen and Bathroom. The work was finished in a very timely manner and Jay always kept me informed of any delays and all progress being done. He answered all my questions within a day of inquiry. The second time I hired Lifestyle Exteriors was for a duplex I had purchased. I had two bathroom remodels that needed complete gutting. I was amazed at how fast all the work was done and the quality of craftsmanship that this company displayed. I would not hesitate to hire them for every project that comes up in the future.
