  In October, Licitra inspected (inferior) work performed by other contractors, took photos and explained the defects; then completed all necessary repairs, including a full roof replacement. Throughout, we were most pleased with their transparency, professionalism, quality, courtesy, and efficiency. I would highly recommend Licitra to anyone in need of roof repair.

  I had my garage roof replaced in October of 2017 and my house roof replaced in July of 2018. My garage needed some wood replaced and the crew leader explained other areas that may need some wood replaced. Michael is very easy to work with and very fair. The work crews are very kind and respectful. The clean up was amazing. I am very pleased with their work and refer them to others often. You get what you pay for and the when you get this type of quality work it's well worth it.
