  Was supposed to have a roof installed Aug 2020. He never showed back up after taking our deposit. We got nothing but excuses for months and then lost all contact and Joseph Thomas disappeared with our deposit of almost $9000. After a lengthy court battle I was able to get my money back after almost a year of being in limbo. He was able to plea down from felony to misdemeanor larceny by conversion. Save your money and worries and don't do business with Level Up Construction of Joseph Thomas.
