  Contracted with Les's about a year ago to fix leaks in my hangar's roof. I paid the full amount for the job in advance. They started the job (last fall) but then stopped stating that the weather made it impossible to do the job until the following spring. Now it's fall again and snow is falling. Roof still leaks and their equipment is standing against my building like it has been for the last year. Hard to give someone a good recommendation that hasn't finished the job after a year. Update: Work has started again on the job. Update 2: Never finished the job. Left a visible hole in the roof.

  Agreed to the job, took the money, didn't do the job!! Horrible experience. Several state complaints against this company. I have read your response and would add that the project was not put on hold other than not being able to reach your company and lacking funds after giving you agreed upon funds that were never applied to the job or returned if you couldn't/wouldn't do the job! Untrustworthy policies and practices.

  Hello Ms. Gussie, Our company is committed to giving our clients a quality experience. Unfortunately, we were unable to complete your project following your decision to put the project on hold. We never received correspondence that authorized us to continue work. Additionally, the work completed exceeded payment received at the time that the project was put on hold. We operate strictly under our contract parameters and did no differently in this case. While we regret that you feel your experience was dissatisfactory, we must stand by our policies and hold all parties to contract agreements.
