  Great selection of products, but never very friendly at the front desk or in the warehouse. We highly recommend Metal Mart in Lufkin...Randy and AJ and the guys are always smiling and ready to help over there. They don't have as much in stock at Metal Mart, but you'll never leave feeling depressed. :)

  They have some of the largest steel selections to be found. They have a very knowledgeable sales staff. Unfortunately their loaders and people in the warehouses are the absolute worst when it comes to service. Rude, unprofessional and clearly bothered that they have to actually work, when they would rather jaw-Jack with their Bubba friends about deer hunting. I tried to ignore this for a long time, but I’m finally sick of being treated so terribly when I go to pick up our materials. Go to Mueller. It’s worth it.
