  We contacted Legends on two different occasions to schedule an appointment for a roof quote. Each time the office took our information and we were told that someone would be in contact with us in the next day or so. We have since completed our complete roof replacement using a different company whose customer service and reputation is obviously much more valued. If Legends is this difficult to get ahold of when trying to get a quote and give them your business, I cannot imagine how they would react when a roof had an issue and required immediate attention. Based on the operations and customer service we experienced I cannot recommend Legends.

  Paid premium price got low quality work. Flashing was specified as stainless. We got stainless but do edge was without hem (razor sharp, cuts you when you put you hands in the gutter to clean) It would be hard to find a worse roofing company.

  Contacted their office and supervisor for estimate...nothing....Have not even had the courtesy of a return call or acknowledgement of request for estimate when requested on their own web site......been over 60 days..Not sure if they are very reliable and tells what one might get for service quality.....
