Hello Kl s. I am dedicated to my work, and because of the reputation I've built in this community our work is in enourmous demand, particularly with the ice dams many are experiencing this winter. Hello Jody. You are right on this one, I did not call you back. You were asking me to commit insurance fraud, which I am not comfortable with. As a business owner, community member, and family man, my honesty and integrity matter a lot to me and I'm not interested in making money off of dishonesty. I also recall that I gave you an hour's worth of free labor to help you with your ice damns and did not ask for any compensation for this work.
