  We found out we had hail damage last summer when we had some trees taken down. Legacy was one of the four contractors we contacted for estimates. Justin was our contact for the project and other than some phone tag at times he did really great. He worked with the insurance company for us and got more covered than we thought we could. We had the roof and siding replaced. The roof crew did a great job, and the two gentlemen that worked on the siding were phenomenal. We knew that with supply chain issues that things would be going through the winter, and the siding guys were here just about every day except for maybe two that were too cold to work. Everything is just beautiful and we're really pleased with how it all turned out.

  I am an Independent Adjuster in Minnesota and Legacy is usually the first guys out each season knocking on doors and telling homeowners they have hail damage to their roof and a large percentage of Inspections I do have absolutely no damage. I do not know if this is a lack of training or doing anything they can to make money. I have also found they really push people to sign a contract which as I would recommend, always get a second opinion from another local roofing contractor before you sign anything. The truly good roofing companies that I know of do not go door to door as they get all their business through referrals. Just my opinion. Every Insurance company has somewhat different guidelines for getting storm related damages covered for your home, just because the neighbors got a new roof does not mean you should get yours replaced depending on many variables.

  My wife and I are very satisfied with the work performed by Legacy Restoration. Wade Owen, our service representative, inspected the exterior of our home, detected hail damage to our roof, and got the insurance claim process started. He assisted us with selecting the shingles. Work was performed in a timely manner, ahead of schedule. A work supervisor checked in with us both days the roofing crew worked on our home. Clean-up was thorough both days. Post-work follow-up was satisfactory, and city inspection approved the work with no exceptions. I recommend Legacy Restoration for roof installation.
