  Ledgewood is absolutely who you want to hire for your next job. They pay exceptional attention to detail at an affordable price (based on estimates from multiple companies on the Cape). Tyler and his team are creative problem solvers - they were able to come up with practical solutions for the conditions that our 1890’s house handed them. In addition to replacing 8 windows and 8 interior doors (not one of them was square prior to replacement), they were also able to take care of several other miscellaneous items within the same period of time and reasonably close to the initial price quoted. They were able to economically balance preserving the historical characteristics of our house while at the same time upgrading essential building components. They run a clean job site and are extremely prompt and responsive. We plan on doing another renovation next year and are looking forward to using Ledgewood.

  Our family have been blessed with working with 3 generations of Ledgewood Manor Corporation. They have become an extension of our family and the reason we feel comfortable owning a second home. They are the caretakers of our home but have also handled major renovations of kitchen, bathrooms, replacing doors and windows, flooring, roofing, painting as well as plumbing and electrical projects. They are also fantastic carpenters and have added built ins and wonderful fireplace mantles. No job is too large or too small. Ledgewoood Manor are responsive and professional and always come up with creative solutions to address issues in our home. We highly recommend Ledgewood Manor to anyone needing constant home caretaking or maintenance or larger indoor or outdoor projects. The peace of mind they have given us over the years is priceless.

  I could not be happier with the work Ledgewood did for us this winter. They arrived promptly after one call to assess the work needed, provided an estimate in a timely manner, scheduled the work and came in under budget. They were professional, clean, and courteous. After the work was completed, everything was cleaned and put back as if they were never there. Tyler even called days later to ensure everything was working properly. Will 100% use them again for future projects.
