My husband and I were both very pleased with Bryan's level of attention to detail. He was very responsive and delivered our report in a timely manner. He went above and beyond to go back to complete part of the inspection because the sellers had the area blocked off the day of the original inspection. Additionally, he drove to the EPA to drop off our water test kit to ensure we received our results timely. Lastly, he offers military discount!! Bryan was a pleasure to work with.  I would recommend him to anybody looking for an inspector.  Extremely polite and knowledgeable.  Personable and friendly.  He answered all my questions thoroughly.  When weather wouldn't cooperate, he made several trips to collect the info needed.  He personally drove my lab sample to the lab when the courier was several days late delivering.  Reports were submitted quickly and were easy to understand.  Communication was on point.

Bryan showed up on time, prepared with his ladder and drone and sewer scope and he got right to work and wasted no time. I asked him many questions during the inspection and he happily answered all questions honestly and respectfully. The inspection was a couple of hours but the time went by fast. He was very meticulous and marked everything on the inspection log. He was able to approximate estimates for repairs for us and he guided us on the most urgent of repairs to the least urgent repairs upon moving in. He did not cut any corners. The house he inspected for me had a crawl space basement and he climbed underneath, multiple times, and took lots of pictures. Not once did he complain. Not once was he rude. It is hard to find honest folks out there that do a comprehensive and detail oriented job these days. He was genuine and authentic and he will have my business for life. If you want a home inspector that is thorough and knows what he’s doing then you need to hire Bryan ASAP. No doubt about it.

User beware!!

This inspector missed an entire bathroom in my house. Shortly after moving in, we noticed a huge water problem. I contacted the inspector to find out what could be done. He told me that he doesn't make mistakes, and I should have contacted him 2 days after the inspection (for anyone buying a home, you know that isn't how this process works). He also said  that he wouldn't note anything about the bathroom if there was nothing wrong with it. But I can post my entire inspection report that shows everything he noted that was "okay" indicated with a green checkmark. He did get back with me and told me that it appeared that the bathroom in question was not listed on the report. There are other issues in this bathroom (a light switch that doesn't turn anything on, and an exhaust fan that doesn't work) that are also not listed anywhere on my report. He set up a time with me to come out and look. That day came and went, no call, no show. When I contacted him about the missed appointment, he told me me realtor told him he owed no obligation (she told him to contact another inspector). My realtor and company agrees that the bathroom is not listed, and noted that in her 24 years, this is one of the least detailed reports she's ever seen from an inspector. He agreed to come out and look, but it has now been a week with no contact. Attorneys have been contacted so next steps can be taken.

**In response to the owners..

I never started a bathroom remodel, so that's a blatant lie. I didn't move into this house until June 24th, and called him July 15th when we noticed a mushroom growing out of the bathroom wall. Attached are pictures, and conversations where he said he would be in touch and then I never heard from him again.

Elise. I'm sorry you feel your bathroom was missed. The home was vacant at the time of inspection. No water issues were found. The home is on a slab and cannot be inspected from below. We cannot inspect what we cannot see. I was told these issues were found after you started a bathroom remodel and began tearing up the tile. Again we cannot inspect what we cannot see. You first made contact with me reguarding these issues over two months after the inspection. We were suppose to meet to get this figured out and so I can explain to you how to read the report and I never heard back from you. We had conflicting schedules and as I knew you were suppose to get back to us on a time to check everything out. I'm sorry you had to go this direction. LITWHI wishes you the best!

Bryan was great. He was 15 minutes early and finished in a timely manner. Made me feel comfortable with the situation (inspection for purchasing a home) and pointed out issues and explained in a very DETAILED manner. Being a detailed person, this was important to me and he succeeded. I would HIGHLY recommend! Will be using him in the future that's for sure!!

Did I mention he flies his DRONE to take pictures of the roof????
