Very hard workers who installed the gutters, barely took breaks. We have had the gutters for 3 months and the work very well. This has been a good year to test them with the record amount of Maple tree helicopters. Have not had to go up on the roof once this year to unplug the gutters. There was a little problem, not with the product or installation, and the office supervisor got it resolved.

This company put up Leaf Guard gutters on my mom’s home. They were not installed properly. First there was a gap in the downspout that took weeks to fix. Now we have water damage in the floor from their neglect. They are giving my mother and the insurance company the run around about fixing the gutters, getting a refund and paying for the damage their workmanship caused. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I am very upset with this business. first of all, trying to get a hold of the LOCAL office in Springfield is practically impossible. after 5 calls, to the main number and being told I was being transferred to the Springfield office, which I wasn't, just a different customer service rep in another state ( I spoke with people in Texas, Arkansas, Florida, some 2x).I FINALLY got a call from a Jeremy on a Friday, who left a message and I called back Monday to no answer, and no call back. tried several times throughout the week to no avail. this was in regards to my recieving a referral bonus for my in-laws purchase because we told them how happy we were with ours. Funny ,how they had no problem getting a hold of anyone when they wanted to make a purchase, but when I'm trying to inquire about the referral bonus, nothing. It's been 3 weeks! They got my in-laws $, guess that's all that matters to them.
