  Mac did a wonderful job estimating (and educating) us about LeafGuard and the install team was quick and efficient. They were able to install earlier than expected and everything is working beautifully! I'm glad one of our first large home investments was with this capable team.

  I started off with this company at a high. The sales guy that I spoke to in home was great. I have the product and it's not supposed to clog. The product has clogged and now it's very hard to get someone out to clean them. I have a cystern and with this new system on my home that's not supposed to clog my water has started to stink. I shouldn't have to get a hotel eo to take a shower. My wife got in touch with someone a week ago and we have yet to receive any feed back or someone calling to even offer help. Getting something done with this company is a joke. They work very fast getting you the product but will leave you hanging if anything goes wrong. I now need my cystern cleaned and refilled. After getting this system that's not supposed to clog. I do expect to have the company pay to clean and refill my cystern. Getting this system is a big regret and would have done better just doing the gutters myself.

  Thank you for your feedback, Brian. We are sorry to hear about the issues you were experiencing. When you called, our sales coordinator said we would get someone out by Monday, 8/2 at the latest. One of our technicians came by this morning and thoroughly examined your gutters, finding no clogs in the gutters. Rather, the drain guards which catch debris in the downspout before it goes underground, did have some debris (as is expected.) Matt cleaned out the drain guards and went over again how they function. Again, we do apologize for any miscommunication here. If you ever need further assistance, we'll be glad to help!

  I had Leaf Guard gutters put on and I am very pleased with this excellent product. The people are very professional and did a great job of removing the old gutters and installing the Leaf Guard gutters. Highly recommend!!
