  An extraordinary experience of Dave's patient and professional addressing of concerns I had about the project, his accommodation to my specific requests for rescheduling and above all, Zach and Nate's level of craftsmanship that was nothing short of perfect. It was as if they were installing this patio door and transom in their own homes. I recommend you look no further than Larson Siding and Windows.

  Larson Windows and Siding was the right choice for me when purchasing all new siding and windows for my home. The customer service is second to none! They helped me design the colors for both siding and trim plus the style of windows for every room in my home. They even were able to match the exact same look of a double hung with a casement window and special ordered a transom window to match my front door! They were dependable and meticulous with both tear down and installation!

  I do not recommend due to their horrible customer service. We signed a contract and paid the 10% deposit in April. We were told that it would be 4-6 months before the order would be in and they could install. Which was fine. The six months went with no word or updates. We contacted them the beginning of November and were told that the order was expected November 9th and that they would contact us shortly after to schedule install. It is now December 16th with no further contact or updates from Larsons. I understand there are problems with materials to manufacture, etc; but taking money (over $1000) from a customer and not taking 5 minutes to update them is a horrible way to operate a business.

  Kari, we apologize for the ongoing delays and lack of updates. This year has been very challenging with delivery dates and product availability, which is not your fault. Unfortunately, wait times continue to get extended on regular basis (out of our control) and your window and door project is one of many that have pushed further than imagined. In the past, we have always called customers as material has arrived and is ready for install (something we are currently modifying). Again, apologies on your current experience - we will do our best to earn back your trust with a clean and professional install. Thanks again for your business.
