  I have used Lara’s on several projects for my rental properties and my personal home. Rafiel is very responsive and always fair. Also, as with any project, LPS is flexi able for adding scope and working around my schedule. Never had any problem getting my projects finished, completely, even the last 10% of the works. Highly recommend you consider them on your next project.

  We'd seen Lara's Pro Services replacing a neighbor's roof and asked for a business card since our leaky roof was needing replacement as well. We were gathering a couple of other quotes when LPS stopped by our house after they'd done a follow-up with our neighbors. They offered to do an inspection, which we were happy to agree to, and then quoted us a good-value price. We asked about gutter work, too, so they added a gutter quote. LPS communicated the plans, any changes, and updates to the projects. Lara's Pro Services did the roofing and gutters jobs so well we are discussing deck replacement and other home improvements right now!
