Over 10-15 years ago I had replacement windows put in my old 1900 home in Fairfield, Ct.. I needed the interior to be wood and exterior vinyl. I also had 2, 4'wide 5'tall cottage windows that I wanted duplicated. Harvey windows was the place that supplied my first floor windows and the custom cottage windows. The quality was excellent and the cottage windows came out just like the old ones but a bit smaller on the sides. I also had my second floor windows replaced but the independent rep. sold me a middle grade vinyl in and out style (not a Harvey window) that failed terribly all the gasses leaked out and the windows now look dirty all the time. All insulation properties gone.in only a few years however, the Harvey windows are performing fabulously and still look great. I now need to price out my second floor and have Harvey replace the junky vinyl ones. p.s. I also all ready had 2 small bathroom windows that were Anderson. I did not like the quality and on one of the windows the silver glass separator is bulging out and I always feel a draft where the sash meets the sill in the winter. I also have a 2 family, built in 1872, house in Essex Ct and had the attic windows replaced with the Harvey vinyl in and out and they have been in 4-5 years now and are performing very well and no drafts so far.

I ordered a front door unit with brick mold and storm door adapter shipped loose with door handle set.. got door 2 months later than estimated.. no brick mold, adapter, or handle in sight.... they say the shipped and have pics.. bs!!! They flat out lied to me... and owe me a refund for missing parts!! Said they mailed it.. have yet to see that. All in all they are rude, and have zero customer service rating from me... I will never use them again not lance!!!

They took a little while to find the product I needed, form the tiny sample I had but they did and now I can make another customer happy.
