  Langley replaced a 30-year-old roof and gutters on our house. Their estimate was a good price and accurate. They were very helpful in selecting available colors for the roof and gutters, recommending existing installations we could look at to help in our decision. Roof installation with a new ridge vent was on time, quick, and professionally accomplished in a single day by a hard-working team of roofers (in February, with only 10 hours from dawn to dusk). The gutter team came a few days later and was equally professional and quick with installation. Clean-up was thorough and complete. We highly recommend this company,

  I had some shingles that blew off sometime during all the windy days we had this 2022 and it was causing my roof to leak. Langley came out to inspect the roof and fixed the problem on the spot for a very reasonable price (<$80). The best part: unlike most roofing places I've called, Langley didn't immediately jump into a sales pitch to get the entire roof replaced after the inspection for what was a simple repair. They did the exact job I was asking for. Five stars!

  They were very fast with a quote. I was told it would be done on Wednesday last week, and rain wouldn’t hold them back at all. Then it started raining Wednesday and no one showed up, nobody explained to me why my roof wasn’t finished or even started, also didn’t tell me when they were coming back. After I reached out to them they scheduled it for Friday which also had a very high chance of rain. Well, Friday rolls around and still no roofers. Still no explanation, still no reschedule, I once again had to reach out to figure anything out, they then said they would be out Monday. Monday had perfect weather! But shocked again as no roofers showed up that day. I reached out once again, and said they “had their wires crossed” and would be out the next day. Well they finally came out and finished the roof. But I get home from work and find that they have left their dump trailer and remaining materials. I’ve contacted them once again and asked them to come get their stuff and have been waiting for 3 hours. It is blocking my driveway and we are unable to park our vehicle in our driveway or garage. After every phone call I made to Sheila in the office, she would always have someone call me, yet no one, NOT ONE, had the nerve to have a discussion with me unless it was through email. This has been the poorest customer service experience I have EVER received in my life.

  Sir we apologize you had this experience. We moved your project ahead of many others already scheduled because you had a major leak. We weren't complete with your roof until later that afternoon. And we did pick up the materials and trailer the same day. Again, we apologize you had this experience.
