The crew that replaced my roof was very prompt, worked very hard and knew what they were doing.   I was very happy with the finished result.   Individually,  each crew member was polite, easy to talk with and each one cleaned up my yard as they saw debris.  It wasn't easy in the snow but they still didn't let that stop them from cleaning up.
As for workmanship,  each knew what was to be done and worked well with each other.  Very impressed with their demeanor.
I will recommend Kanga-Roof 👌  to anyone.  Price was not bad either.

I was getting worried, it was almost 2 months after I gave them a down payment that they came to fix my roof but I understand everyone is busy these day's so I was happy they finally showed up.  Did a good job and had it taken care of the same day. Their Foreman on the job, Jose Lopez ,was excellent, very personable and professional and kept me informed of every step he took in taking care of the problem.  Would definitely call them again

Gene did such a great job of explaining the process to us. He had plenty of product samples to share with us.We are very impressed with the training, screening and certification of the employees. We are looking forward to our upcoming roof replacement

This was the most professional roof installation job I have ever had before, and I have had four others. The crew was organized  proficient, and experienced.  They knew what they were doing. If you are lucky enough to get on their work schedule don't balk. They will "Get'er Done".

Dale was very prompt and assessed the issues quickly. He reviewed everything with me before starting the work. It appears that he took care of the issues we were having with the roof. Hopefully there will be no more problems for a long time. Thanks!

I'm a tenant in a building that they replaced the roof on, not the owner, so I never had any direct interactions with anyone from the company. However, getting our roof replaced by them was a terrible experience. The project took months to complete, including 2 months between when they removed the old roof and finished putting on the new one. During that time they never properly covered the building, so our entire apartment leaked almost everywhere every time it rained. There was so much water damage that a section of sheetrock in the ceiling fell down and half the ceiling had to be replaced, along with sections of the walls. Again, I didn't have the power to communicate with the company directly so I don't know the details of how they responded, but I was continually shocked at how terribly they managed the project, and everyone I talked to about it said they had never heard of anything like this. Now the roof is ostensibly finished but there is still water getting in somewhere. The only good thing about the situation was that we were renting so we weren't responsible for fixing the damage ourselves and we didn't have to pay rent during the situation. If anyone from either the roofing company or my leasing company sees this, these opinions are my own and don't represent that of the building's owners or management team.

The crew from Kanga Roof was a delight to have on our property.  They were courteous, polite, and very professional.  The job was done in a safe and timely manner with respect for our property.  I have no problem recommending them to our friends and strangers interested in a metal roof.

My experience with Lakeside Kanga roof was not good at all. They told me three different dates when they were coming and never showed up and never called. Then one day they just showed up and said they were here to do the roof. It rained that day and they did not bring a canvas large enough for my house and had to go buy one. My house had 14 leaks inside while it was raining outside. I had damaged ceilings and walls inside my house. They also damaged my lawn outside. There were tire marks dug in on the side of my house and all the way down my driveway to the street which is more than 300 feet. I told them I did not want them to finish the shed roof because I did not want them back on my property. They said they would fix the lawn and a man came and said he would be back in the spring to do it. I would not recommend Lakeside kanga roof to anyone that I know.

From the estimation process to installation this was a breeze, and the timing as promised was met despite some bad weather.

The installers, who were led by Jose' were neat, prompt and very polite.

I'll recommend them to anyone with total confidence.

Did metal roof over asphalt in winter. They replaced some sheathing that was damaged by my old ridge cap leaking. Crew was friendly and respectful. Its still new and have not looked at much up close but i think i'll be happy with the investment for years to come.
