  Beware of them, especially DJ Ureta. He took payment and never returned to the job. DJ left garage doors without tracks to be opened, garage door openers not installed, no cap on the roof and left a trailer full of debris. DJ stopped responding to the homeowner. A year later and Lakestate says it's not their problem. Yesterday, I was told DJ would be there today to finish, guess what...he was a no show. He took advantage of a recent widow without shame and Lakestate was supportive. I would not recommend Lakestate for contracting or having good morals.

  EXCELLENT! These guys did a rubber roof for me and the work was outstanding. the crew was exceptionally courteous and fun to work with and went the extra mile. They threw in some necessary extras that I did not ask for and were not in the contract like replaced some metal siding that the ice had destroyed and repaired somethings they saw needed it with out flinching. In fact i did not know they did these extras until after they informed me about it and it was completed which means they know how to use their heads, evaluate situations, plus please the customer.I will never have to chip ice off my roof again. Thanks Lake State ! .

  Lake State did a fantastic job on our roof. We had two layers that had to be torn off. The guys did an awesome job on clean up, and were always pleasant and smiling. We love our roof. I would absolutely recommend and use Lake State again.
