  Contracted with Dennis Roston of Lake Ridge Contracting on two jobs, one he would do that day and a second for which he would have to "return". Coincidentally, the job he was performing the same day was bid higher than that of other contractors, but the job he would do later that week was well below other estimates so I figured it was a wash. Long story short, Dennis was a no-show on three appointments. I wasted three days waiting for him to show... he didn't even have the courtesy to call, nor did he ever call back, ever!

  I had Lakeride Contracting take down some trees at my place at Lake Anna when they finished they went across the street to do another job on my way home I got a call from one of the worker and asked if they could take some brush over and leave it at my place because the dump was close I agreed When I went back to the lake a week later I found a big cedar tree laying in my yard not cut up into brush I called Dennis and asked why the tree was there not brush he said that there was a misunderstanding and he would go down and cut it up and put in the burn pile that the first time Dennis lied to me I went back to the lake a week later tree still there call Dennis again he said he get it cut up that the second time Dennis lied to me a week later I go back to the lake tree still there call Dennis he said that there was storms when he was going to cut the tree but he was going to get it done that was the third time Dennis lied to me back to the lake to day tree still there Dennis at lakeride Contracting will not finish a job I will not have LAKERIDGE CONTRACTING do any work for me again MIKE BAILEY
