  This owner took us to the cleaners so to speak. Roofing and siding job needed to be finished by two other contractors. He wouldn't fix the mistakes and used different products than we agreed on. Siding was put over old siding that crumbled under the new causing it to buckle. Roofing wasn't tarred down and tight around vents and chimney and ice and water shield wasn't used. We filed a suit against Me. Callahan but before we got a court date he filed bankruptcy and that stopped out claim. He opened up a few years later doing the same thing. Always collecting money every week to pay his guys and had to have check made out to a John Callahan instead of Mike.

  Not professional and very unreliable. Waited all day for a roofing estimate in which he never came. Not only was my time wasted but my families time was also wasted waiting around. Never bothered to call and say he wasn't able to make it. Never returned my phone calls in which I called several times. Don't waste your time with this company.

  My roof was finished today and it is beautiful. Architectural shingles, drip edge, attic vent and more all included. The crew was very hard working and professional. The Crew Leader was extremely polite and very professional. The owner stopped by every day and kept everything going. We had unfortunate weather, snow/rain or high winds every other day but they kept coming back. Cleanup was also great, more than I hoped for. I had previously tarped the attic and they cleaned it out and returned the tarps neatly folded. Great customer service.
