  I would not recommend this company at all. We fully remodeled our house and hired them for the siding, soffit, and fascia. Workmanship and attention to detail were greatly lacking. None of the siding was straight, soffit was not properly fastened and looks wavy and rattles, door wraps had rounded corners and leak. They also scratched and damaged our two month old metal roof with tools, ladders, screws, and dragging soffit material across it. During the project they also didn't bring a dumpster so we had a large pile of boxs and trash in the front yard for a week and were constantly picking stuff up that blew away. They made several trips back to try and repair and correct the issues which produced little improvement. In the end they deducted a little off the bill and were not interested in fixing issues. We still have alot of things that need to be corrected and will have to hire another contractor to fix what should have been done. We were very disappointed in overall professionalism and the end product when we thought we hired a reputable long standing company.

  Dear Mr. Voyles my last communication was with you on November 18th 2021 (by email) at which time you stated to me that you wanted to settle by taking money (your suggested amount of money not mine) off the bill, I agreed. I do apologize for the issues that happened with your home. In the future we will certainly be telling customers up front that residing your home you may end up with scratches on a metal roof but not to worry because the metal roofing these days is protected with a G90 or better galvanized coating not allowing it to rust. I was there personally and your concerns with the siding were addressed as well as the soffit ect. Lacina Siding & Windows will always stand behind our work. Its inevitable that day will come where the lawn mower, hockey pucks, tennis balls, baseballs will damage your siding and Lacina Siding & Window will be here to help!   Very happy with the service as well as the two installers who completed the job. They cleaned up each day before leaving, which means a lot to me with any contractor. They installed seamless steel siding on my home & I'm very happy with the work & look! Plus, no more house painting! 😁

  Can’t get a estimate, I called, left name, phone number and address, had a salesman contact me the fallowing day. Set up a date and time, day of hour before and says he has a flat tire and needs to postpone. Ok so we postpone for later that week. Calls again that day, guess they still didn’t get his tire in, so I guess they only have one vehicle and no spare tires? ok fine, so we postpone for the next week. It’s been two weeks since the last time he discussed coming. I don’t feel I’ve been demanding but rather easy to work with. Simple phone call goes a long ways however setting up 3 dates to all get missed does make me feel like my time isn’t valued.
