LaBuda Exteriors just replaced several sections of damaged vinyl siding at my home and I am extremely pleased with their workmanship and the end product.  The company that made the original siding went out of business, so Neil LaBuda spent a considerable amount of time with me at my home to find nearly identical replacement siding.  The replacement sections of siding are now installed and the appearance of the finished job is great.

I was also very pleased with the technician who did the actual repair.  He was very personable and not only did a great job on the repair work but also was very meticulous.

I highly recommend LaBuda Exteriors for any of the services their local, family owned business provides.

Neil and his team repaired the metal fascia and corresponding soffit on my home. He was responsive to my needs. Scheduled an appt for a gutter installation estimate and waited 2 weeks. On day of appt,  Neil LaBuda called me 1 hour prior to scheduled appt time to abruptly cancel and say he would not be coming. He said he took a look at our house online and it would be too much work for him. If you are going to be that picky about your jobs, you should be professional enough to screen potential jobs earlier and not cancel at the last minute after a customer waited patiently for 2 weeks for the estimate appt.

Edit: I read the owner's reply to my review, but he won't allow a direct response to it. t's notable not anywhere in the response was there any apology for wasting 2 weeks of my time as I patiently waited for the estimate appt only for you to cancel at the very last minute 1 hour before the appt. As I said, if you are going to be that picky about your jobs, screen the jobs earlier and don't waste people's time waiting for you to come to the estimate appt and cancel last-minute. It's extremely unprofessional. That reflects on you, not the customer.

We don’t appreciate your review. Our reputation means a lot to us and for you to devalue that just because you’re emotional that we didn’t come to give you a price is unacceptable .  We didn’t want to waste your time or ours.

LaBuda did a wonderful job repairing my siding and chimney. They were very responsive to my initial inquiry, gave me an estimate within days, and the job was done within a week of my initial call. Clean up was immaculate, as if they were never here. Great experience!

I found a leak in my roof and wasn't sure who to call. After looking around I found LaBuda exteriors and figured I would give a local small company a shot during these hard times. It was the best decision I ever made. Neil was one of the most honest up front people I have ever dealt with. He came right out and brought photos of his work. This company may not have a large number of reviews, but there is a good reason why every review they have is a 5.  After dealing with another vendor for several years with a newly installed gutter that simply did not work whenever there were heavy rains, I called Neil based on the positive ratings he did have.  He was very responsive and timely in coming to assess the situation, explained what needed to be done in a way that I was able to understand and gave an estimate the very same day.  He completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned the job site to perfection.   The first heavy rain following his installation gave me all the proof I needed that he did the job right, no more rain pouring through my soffit or backing up on the roof. We have a steep roof and heavy rain started to overshoot our gutters.  Several weeks ago, we had water in our basement for the first time since our house was built twelve years ago. Neil La Buda stopped by promptly and laid out a plan for 6 inch gutters and down spouts.  He and Ben then installed the new system efficiently in two days.  Their work, with their attention to detail, was top notch.  The gutters and down spouts performed great today in quite a test:  tropical storm Isaias.   So glad for the peace of mind!

I Am in the process of closing on my first house and needed a roofer to go out and inspect it further than the home inspectors. I recently had Neil LaBuda out to my house to do some roof repairs caused by high wind. Not only was that work done, they also suggested some simple work to add years to the life of my roof. Before any work was done I was shown photos of the problems. (I'm not going up on the roof. It's high!) As a result I had the work done and a fair price. I felt so good that I ordered some aluminum capping on my three entrance doors frames. They now look brand new and will be maintenance-free.
