  I'm trying to get away from going to the big box stores in town (one is orange and the other is blue), and I wasn't disappointed. The guys here at L&W are totally cool, and knowledgeable. I went in looking for insulation for my garage, and they pointed me to something that would work perfectly for about the same cost as what I had in mind, and be easier to install, AND look way better. I'll be back for sure when we get started building our house.

  Very poor customer service by Juan who could care less about taking care of our needs. The color guy was on vacation without notifying us and left us hanging for another long weekend. Building Specialties should not put customers out because they only have one specialist. Additionally, much more courtesy needs to be given to those of us keeping you in business. I am sorry I could not choose a minus number in my survey.
