  Very nice and friendly staff. I'm re-siding my house and have had to pick up materials from here on many different occasions. The staff has always been helpful, from the front desk to the guys who always help me get everything loaded and secured in my old trailer being pulled with my family SUV. Their prices and quality are better than any DIY big box store. LKL is and hidden gem for a DIYer like me.

  LKL Associates offers great customer service. The staff is friendly, helpful, full of ideas, suggestions and examples. They truly want to help you reach your vision as you build/remodel a beautiful home. From the friendly greeting and "how can I help" attitude from Chariti to Kyle running out to the yard and assembling samples to see how all the pieces will come together, to Art's knowledge and experience and Alan's innovative ideas on installation and design and willingness to go the extra mile to search for just the right product for you. We were treated very well at LKL, West Haven and appreciate their assistance in building our custom home. Thank you Chariti, Kyle, Art and Alan!
