  We read the reviews, but after speaking with him he was very knowledgeable. We then asked for references and Kyle provided us with some. He gave us addresses to a couple projects we could see, once he arrived on our job site he was the 3rd contractor we called to chase this leak! Each contractor said something different! Kyle came in and knew exactly what the problem was and fixed the issue right way! The other two contractors were here to get paid and leave! They did not fix anything for us! Kyle and John knocked it out of the park!

  The contractor, Matthew Wiggins, hired Mr. Campbell to add metal trim to our rental cottage. He wanted half down ASAP to start the job that week. After contacting him that week he stated he was behind on another job and would be there in a couple of days.. this went on for a month. I made a surprise visit to my home after being told he would be finished that day to find 1/4 of it done, Kyle and the other contractor disagreeing and his dog running all over my property. He then said it would be finished the next day and it took another week. The communication was poor, the execution was poor. When the job was finally completed, we stated we were coming up that weekend to look at the work he completed before we paid the balance he acted irrational texting non sense to both my husband and I.. threatening tone, throwing out all different amounts he would accept. Finally after viewing the work it was not the best quality. Cuts did not line up, and bent metal in places in which my new contractor will need to fix. I would not recommend Kyle for any further work. (The only positive he did finally finish as for Matthew Wiggins who did not and that will be my next review. )

  We do top quality metal work, we are the best in the area! I explained from the start that installing metal In the soffit area was the wrong way to do this and that the right way would be to install a type of vinyl soffit. Customer is simply trying to get out of having to pay the bill! Typically when a job is completed we will do a walk around and make necessary changes to make homeowner happy “if need be” ! We were supposed to get right on this job , we had a roof to do before the gerkins that was supposed to take a couple days , we ended up stuck there for much longer ! We finished that job almost two weeks late after removing 70 years worth of shingle over lays. I’ll admit we started the job later but there wasn’t anything we could do! We are very busy and short handed right now as is everyone in this business ! I wouldn’t leave one customer hanging to go make another happy and vise versa! I originally intended on bringing my metal brake to the job and bending metal on site ! The gerken’s hired a contractor that was very shady , and at times was nodded out on the jobsite. For instance standing there over the chop saw with his hand on the trigger nodding out because he’s so high on drugs . For this reason I refused to bring my 4500$ metal brake to this jobsite and leave it because I know for sure it would’ve walked out of there , just as the power shears that were stolen from us ! We went good on our word finished our job , matt wiggins was supposed to do all The caulking when he finished his siding. Siding never got finished therefore the caulking never got Put on! So there probably were some areas that needed attention! Attention I was absolutely willing to give the job and make it right! Customer was ignorant toward us from day one ! Never once did I not communicate with the customer, never once did I leave them hanging ! I also went above and beyond for them hauling an entire load of garbage the other contractor did not have the means to haul because he didn’t own a truck! Imagine hiring a contractor with all brand new tools and no pickup truck??? This was simply To get out of having to pay in full! I believe the customer needed the 500$ more than I did ! Of course another contractor would’ve done it differently, no two are the same ! So all in all we went above and beyond for the customer we were more than willing to do anything that needs to be done to bring it to they’re standard customer was unwilling to work with us, made a deal with us and failed to follow through on their word !

  We hired Kyle to replace a roof on two of our rental properties , they came and knocked one of the jobs right out in 1 day and the other in 2 days which was much bigger . I highly recommend them because they are very knowledgeable and provide some of the highest quality work we’ve ever had done! They picked up every last thing on the ground and you couldn’t even tell they were here !
