  We were impressed with John Crosby, KTM's rep in the Florida area. He was quick to respond, well-spoken, knowledgeable, and committed to the job from beginning to end. Each step of the process was explained to us, as well as a timeline and inspection requirements. We appreciated that Marvin and his crew observed safety guidelines and were respectful of our property. Clean up was exceptional. It has been our experience that contractors are often less than genuine in their proposals and customer service, but John demonstrated integrity and honesty in his work. We've never met or communicated with the owners of KTM, but they have an invaluable asset in John Crosby.

  We just replaced our 20 year old shingle roof by KTM. Everything went smoothly. We quoted 4-5 companies and KTMs price is the most competitive. The job was done in a timely fashion. We’ve had a couple of rain falls after the replacement and so far so good. We haven’t had any issue.
