  I absolutely recommend KraftMasters and will definitely use them again for any future projects. A hail storm caused roof, siding, and additional minor damage to my home. I reached out to several contractors regarding the repairs. I was immediately impressed with how responsive, knowledgeable and personable Sean and Tim were during our initial meeting, and I ultimately decided to hire them. It was a great decision! From beginning to end, the entire KraftMasters team remained customer focused and professional. Chad went above and beyond in negotiating with my insurance company. By the time the insurance company agreed to a final settlement, the window for completing the work before winter was closing. With Sean and Chad’s diligent sourcing efforts, we were able to get my preferred choices for products in a timely manner. They rearranged crew schedules, and all of the work was completed before the weather got too bad. The work was quality, and the crews were prompt, polite, and always cleaned up the worksite. Throughout the entire process, Sean quickly responded to my calls, kept me informed, and answered all of my questions. In addition to my insurance claim, I also personally contracted with KraftMasters to replace my sliding patio door. I am extremely pleased with the door and the results of their work. They sourced a quality door that was actually an upgrade from my previous one. Sean and Tim installed it, and Sean completed the trim work. He paid great attention to detail and actually did some extra trim work just because it would look better. All in all, KraftMasters customer service was impeccable. They did excellent work at a very fair price and consistently worked in my best interest. I will not hesitate to hire them again in the future.

  Chad and his team did a GREAT job with our home! We had storm damage to our siding and roof. Chad handled all the necessary details in regard to working with our insurance company and his team did quality/timely work. We could not have been more pleased with the outcome of our roof/siding project!
