  I called on KPM to renovate a dingy laundry room. Jim was easy to work with and prompt. Not only did he let me share my vision for the project (white and bright!) But also worked within my budget. A great company to work with. I recommend KPM to all my friends who need home improvement done right... the first time!

  KPM did a great job on our roof replacement, including replacement of most of the plywood at our request and install of 50-year shingles. The cost of the job was very reasonable, and much less than other bids. And they were able to do the whole job without disturbing the existing gutters. Good cleanup afterwards. Job was completed in two days, as promised.

  Wow! Great Job at great price. Finished in a day. worked with HOA to select right shingle. People in HOA commented on how clean they left the job site. highly recommend! Reston area.
