  Got a bid from Paul in January and new roof installed in March! Great communication. The crew was professional, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone that needs work done. Thanks again!

  Paul came out to do an estimate on the work we needed done, my husband loved him, thought he was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately about a month and a half later we have still not received the bid. We were supposed to get it two days later. I’ve called once and talked to Brandi since, she said she would remind him of the bid needed. Still nothing.

  I am sorry for the missed communication on this project. I had sent an email explaining that I had looked at this project several different ways and that to be able to achieve your end goal of raising, and widening your garage door I wasn't certain it made the most sense financially, especially after your husband told me he ultimately wanted to build another garage anyway. I explained in the email that because of the lack of ceiling height the cost of this project would likely come close to the cost of building another garage. I put alot of leg work into this for you guys, meeting with the building inspector and showing him pictures. He said there is no way that he can sign off on altering an engineered pre manufacturered truss. I sent this email the next day after you called the office and spoke to Brandy. I wish you would have at least followed up one more time before leaving a one star review. Our #1 goal is to provide the very best quality and product that we can, that's why I sent an email expressing my concerns on this plan and I left the ball in your court.. I said to think it over and to let me know what you guys decide. I assumed that's what you were doing.. If there is anything I can help with in the future please let me know. I am always more than happy to help.

  Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Paul and his crew were very understanding of the work I needed done and completed the project before our agreed deadline. I wouldn't hesitate to use Koch Konstruction on any projects.
