  Absolutely impressed with Knox Roofing!!!! Brandon Taylor was fantastic to deal with! Professional, great customer service! Constantly checked on things and how we were feeling about the process! Immediately contacted us if changes or issues. Crews were very very thorough and did a great job cleaning up! I would recommend Knox to anyone who needs a roof or roof repair! Brandon even went an extra step and tarred our roof due to our issues to give us piece of mind before they started! Knox is extremely honest, great customer service and their work and follow up is top notch!

  Knox services replaced the entire roof on my Florida property to my complete satisfaction. Especially noteworthy was the guidance provided by Matt O’Keefe, the project supervisor. He kept well informed from day one until completion. Thanks Matt for a job WELL DONE.

  I needed a new roof and it needed to be done quickly or my insurance policy would be canceled. Brandon came by and gave me a competitive quote and he assured me that they could get the job done in time, so I moved forward. They completed the job in time and delivered everything they promised. They are great communicators and they pick up the phone so I wasn't left wondering what's going on. Brandon, Laiken in the office, and the whole crew are terrific. I had a great experience and I recommend Knox Services.
