  Dakota Carson, the President of the company, was personally involved and on the roof with his men to make repairs to our natural slate roof. They made repairs in addition to what was contracted for, without an additional charge, to insure that the roof was in tip top condition. I could not be more happy with the performance and professionalism of Knox Roofing. Hank

  The roof they put on 4 years ago has leaked 5 times. given they do eventually come out and repair it a brand new roof shouldn't be leaking every single time it rains. Its causing damage to my walls and interior. I was told that the roofer that did the work used nails that were too short and they had to replace the whole peak. everything's been downhill from there. This last time I called because water was running into my bedroom they didn't even bother to come out. Not even sure what to do at this point cant afford another new roof and this one is under warranty still. I will call them again next time it rains.

  Stopped here when I saw a large amount of Manzanita they had in their yard. I was looking for driftwood for my aquarium and the owner let me take some premium wood for a low price. The guy working in the yard was super helpful and was an aquascaping hobbyist himself, he had some good advice for me. I didn't use them for actual roofing, but I can say that if that guy in the yard that day is working on your house, you're in good hands.
